Old thorn thyristors

Post by Rebel Rafter » Sun Nov 15, 2015 7:03 pm

Hi, folks, RR here. Does anyone have any info on these two thyristors which if I remember right were once used on some early Thorn colour chassis. Types SCR957 and MCR220-7. I can't find them in my Jaeger book and I can't find anything helpful online either. Thanks in advance, RR.

The SCR957 was used in the Brc 300/3500 psu as a crowbar thyristor. It replaced the Brc 4443 type. Got some in stock, Malc.
