Illuminated tweezers.

Found these the other day in B&M bargains. for fiddly stuff they are very good, especially if working with SMD and are very sturdy for bigger stuff. Obviously intended as a beauty product but looks at home in my tool box.

Has a single blazingly bright white LED pointing between the middle of the tweezers, powered by 3x AG3 cells and a simple push-on/push-off switch.

Bargain for 99p.

I've also got a pair with a cheap magnifying glass on them. I got them from J&N Bull many moons ago! No so useful though.

On your recommendation I went a bought myself a couple of pairs yesterday, my eyebrows are the talk of the workshop this morning..

I gave the checkout girl a quid and five 20p coins, she said 'erm.. 1.....erm 40...60.. 80' then looked at them for a long second and said '2 pounds'... I think she got the job on her looks certainly not her brains..

And those LEDs are impressive, I think I might put them on the front of my bike..
