Black Country Museum

Post by valvekits » Sat Sep 21, 2013 9:19 pm

I've been a bit busy with domestic chores recently but managed to get a day out at the Black Country Museum in Dudley.
Well worth a visit if you get the opportunity I enjoyed some fish n chips cooked in beef dripping, followed by a visit to the 1930's Griptons Radio shop next door.
The shop was closed but the workshop around the back was open, quite authentic I thought.

Hi Eddie,

Yep, Griptons is really well put together, We were there 3 weeks ago and I must admit we seemed to spend longer looking at Griptons than the rest of the museum....can't think why :bba
