I've just given up on a Panasonic MC-E61 vacuum cleaner. It was bought in 1988 and had stood up to all sorts of misuse in the shop and workshop. It's gone now, I'd recommend Panasonic vacuum cleaners. Not sure if they are made in Europe anymore. mine was made in Spain.

Captured one of the vacuum cleaners and it's in the workshop for examination. Forget it, Made in Malaysia. Don't want it, back on the scrap pile.

I have still got a Henry that is getting on for 30 years old. in all that time it has only had a refa replaced after it filled a room with smoke and set the fire alarm off.
